And <strong>home staging<\/strong> is breaking records.<\/p>\n<p>So that&#8217;s how long you have to make a good <strong>first impression<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>What I hear most often when someone wants to <strong>sell<\/strong> or <strong>rent their house<\/strong> is: &#8220;I&#8217;m not going to negotiate the price&#8221;. Well, I will start by saying that the basis of any good negotiation is a win-win situation for both parties. And, yes, I agree that if you don&#8217;t want to <strong>negotiate the price<\/strong> don&#8217;t do it.
